Black and White versus Color

Today at lunch I got into a discussion with Leanna about black and white versus color. She thinks she looks better in black and white photos where as I think she looks just as good in color. I do think the black and white draws your eyes more to the texture of the image itself.

As a test I've shot an image and as you can see I've uploaded it as B&W and Color.

Any comments from the readers?

    I will go with the black and white photo as the more aesthetically pleasing. I have to agree with Bagelhot in that a stunning girl in B&W is still stunning in color.

    We like the colour one, the contrast in the B&W is a little duller.

    I'll have to introduce you guys sometime. The question was "Which image do you like more?" The black and white or the color?

    Personally, I believe she looks better in colour. As a reply to Alan M .. I know where you can find this woman, but she's dating a friend of mine! :) Good for Denis eh? ;)
