Met up with Amanda and Darryl today at the Star Sushi restaurant. They have an all you can eat buffet for only $11. While not the largest selection of food, one dish that stood out (for me anyways) was the spicy crab sushi pizza.
For those that haven't had a pizza at a sushi restaurant it's essentially a flattened patty of rice that's deep fried (for the crust) then sprinkled with a topping, in this case sliced crab meat and some kind of spicy mayonnaise.
