Demonstration of skip rope techniques on CanadaAM (CTV)
To promote the upcoming 2006 World Rope Skipping Championships a group of young skippers were featured on a morning CTV television show, Canada AM. As it was a morning show I had to drag myself out of bed at 5:00am in order to meet up with the PR person and leave from her place to get to CTV by 8:00 am.
The work done on yesterdays job was a bit exhausting so getting up so early was a task. I felt groggy for the duration of the subway, streetcar, walk to Ingrid's place. By the time we arrived at the CTV building I was much more alert.
