Emmanuel and Hartley at Gabby's post movie.
I was invited to go to the TIFF lightbox to see a movie this morning. What it was we didn't know until the movie actually started. It was one in a series of movie previews held for the last few weeks. Today's movie was the last in that series.
The movie was "A Better Life" and was about a mexican worker in L.A. While kind of depressing I thought the movie was interesting enough to watch. Would I see it again? No. While I didn't hate it I didn't really think it was something I'd want to keep on DVD either.
